The "808" is one of B.O.P.'s versions of Chevrolet 's 1978-87 G body specific aluminum bellhousings.
 It also comes in two versions,
 with the the clutch fork ball stud location determining whether it fits the A & G bodies,
 or  the rest of 65- 77 Buick,Oldsmobile, Pontiacs.  





      Front View
   This bell features threaded mounting holes for Muncie,
Saginaw,T-10 and Dearborn car transmissions






    Part #
   The part # is cast directly in front of the clutch fork hole.






       Top View
 This picture shows the upper engine mating holes,
 that identify it as a Buick ,Olds and Pontiac Clutch housing.






   Fork Side
 This bell has the same fork hole location as the more common 9785581,
but can't utilize the straight bearing release fork,
if the fork pivot stud is in the lower position.

Passenger Side
   Typical of B.O.P. clutch housings.






 Bottom
   This bell uses a one piece stamped steel inspection cover.






   Inside
   This view shows the fork pivot stud in the lower position,
 identifying it as a 1978-88 A and G body only bellhousing.

   The example I have has the fork pivot stud in the lower position.
 This bell can only be used with the 14007356 clutch release fork.
