This item is a New OEM part # 354497 Bellhousing Cover. These are sometimes called inspection covers or dust shields. These fit most 153 tooth (10 1/2"factory clutch) bells and are a replacement for a myriad of other part numbers.
This particular part comes with original stickers and may have shelf wear, as they didn't come in a protective wrapper.
For an OEM look and for protection the stickers should be removed and the cover should be painted.
