GM's 3872960 Lower Clutch Push Rod

General Motors part # 3872960 Clutch Fork Push Rod

The "960" is a Corvette lower push rod.

N.O.S "960" Clutch Release Rod
This type of rod is not adjustable.
The 90 degree end is attached to the z-bar.
The other end attaches directly to the clutch release
fork via a pin.

New Old Stock
This rod was still in it's wrapper.
Notice there are two spring eyelets in the middle
of the rod.

Measurements
Overall length is about 9 3/8".
Center of elbow end to center of pin hole is about
8 5/8". First eyelet is 3 5/8" from center of pin hole,
second is 9/16" farther. Z bar end is 5/16" diameter,
while the pin hole is 7/16" diameter.
