Chevrolet and GMC 's "756" is an aluminum 168 tooth Bellhousing.
This bell has room for a 12" factory clutch and pressure plate
and has a 5 1/8" center hole for the GM truck transmissions.

car transmission bolt pattern with a fifth hole at the top center.
Note: car trans require an adapter for proper fit.

like the die was hand ground with a pencil grinder.

Fork side view Clutch fork hole is typical. This view shows Z-bar mounting stud installed.

Chevy 168 tooth flywheel bellhousings.
Inside viewThe General Motors Part number 6263756 utilizes
a gravel guard that is larger than the 11" car bellhousings
guard. This guard has a different bolt pattern, but uses
the same 1/4"-20 cap screws (bolts) for attachment.
Z-Bar mounting studSome applications call for the engine side ball stud
for the equalizer shaft to be screwed into the clutch
cover instead of the engine block.
Inside bolt hole viewHere you can see the (5) five 1/2"-12 threaded holes
for transmission attachment and the single clutch fork ballstud
mounting "boss".
