G Car Pedal Brackets
Automatic and Manual Pedal Brackets are the same except for a bolt on
clutch stop Bracket. The Clutch Stop Bracket isn't available from GM.

The Pedal Bracket is held in place by the 4 brake booster bolts and 1 screw into the dash cowl.
I had to drop the Pedal Bracket to get the Pedals out of my parts
car, because there wasn't room to remove the pedal assembly bolt
(interference with floor pan).

The Pedal assembly is the same as other GM Bolt style assemblies.
They
consist of a steel bushing and two nylon bushings per
pedal, bolt, washer(missing) and lock nut.

You should have room to drop the Automatic brake pedal and install the
Manual clutch and brake pedals without taking the bracket out of your
car if you install the pedal assembly bolt from the passenger side.
Or, you could take the pedal bracket out, assemble and lubricate on a
bench, tighten the locknut, and reinstall the whole assembly. It's up to
you. I would buy new nylon bushings; they are available at GM (black).
Disclaimer:
Factory correct applications are your responsibility.
GM made part and part # changes with no rhyme but a reason (no production interruptions at any cost).
Application charts are for replacement parts that were available at the time of parts book printing.
My observations come from the parts I have in my collection or other reliable sources your parts may differ.
If Factory correctness is your goal, do more research, join car clubs,
forums and buy an assembly manual if one is available for your Project Car (you wont be sorry).
This is a fun and interesting part of the hobby!
