Clutch Return Springs
GROUP 0.793 - 0.844 SPRING
The Group 0.844 Spring contains clutch return springs and Group 0.793 anti-rattle or retaining springs.
What I call early model cars (mid 50s - mid 60s) used a large return spring that was
attached to the clutch pedal and/or pedal hanger in some way. Some General Motors models would utilize a smaller spring called a retainer spring to hold the lower push rod in place, or have a positive connection to the fork, and call the smaller spring an anti-rattle spring.
